Cars already consigned for Artcurial’s ‘Automobiles sur les Champs 8’ sale include a 1966 Alpine A210 with a pre-sale estimate of €300,000 – 500,000. Chassis number 1720 competed in the 1966 and 1967 Le Mans 24 Hour races and also won its class in 1000 Km races in Paris and Spa in 1966.
Top lot is destined to be an 8,510-km 1991 Ferrari F40 that carries an estimate of €900,000 – 1,100,000. Another star attraction to go under the hammer is a 1970 Porsche 911 S/T. Chassis number 1007, the 6th of the 43 "Rallye" ST lightweights built, was owned by Walter Röhrl between 2009 and 2011 (estimate €770,000 – 920,000).
Auctionata are holding two sales on 26 June with an entry list drawing heavily on modern classics and German marques. Notable lots include a 1977 Lancia Stratos Group 4 (estimate €360,000 – 450,000) and three sought after BMWs; a restoration project 1974 2002 turbo (estimate €40,000 – €60,000); a 1986 Alpina B7 Turbo Coupe (estimate €70,000 – 90,000); and a 1992 Z1 with an estimate of €34,000 – 45,000.
The Dolder Classics event in Zurich is the venue for Oldtimer Galerie's 13 June sale. A diverse selection of cars are promised, dating from a 1936 Talbot-Lago T120 (estimate CHF 450,000 – 600,000) to a 2014 Lamborghini Aventador (estimate CHF 475,000 – 500,000). Highlights include a 1966 Shelby Cobra 427 with an estimate of CHF 1,100,000 – 1,200,000 and a 1993 Jaguar XJ220 at CHF 345,000 – 355,000.
