A 1963 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud III Drophead Coupe is the highlight among the early lots consigned at The Finest’s sale in Boca Raton on 11 February. The three-owner car was delivered new to Delaware, USA, and is one of just 25 left-hand drive examples built to design number 2007 (estimate $600,000 – 675,000).
Ferraris on offer include a 1983 512 BBi; a 1994 512 TR showing less than 30,000km (estimate $300,000 – 325,000); a manual-gearbox 15,000-mile 575M (estimate $295,000 – 315,000); and a two-owner 2003 360 Spider which has covered less than 6,000 miles from new.
Among the Lamborghinis set to cross the block; a 25,378-mile 1988 Jalpa, one of 410 examples produced (estimate $110,000 – 125,000); a 26,800-km 1997 Diablo VT Roadster (estimate $200,000 – 225,000); and a 1989 Countach 25th Anniversary (estimate $325,000 – 350,000).
Other highlights include an 18,910-mile 2009 Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG Black Series, offered at no reserve; a flatnose 1983 Porsche 911 Turbo showing 40,017 miles (estimate $95,000 – 110,000); a 1965 Lancia Flaminia Super Sport Zagato which underwent a recently completed three year restoration (estimate $325,000 – 425,000); and a 1933 Rolls-Royce Phantom II Continental Sport Saloon by Gurney Nutting (estimate $240,000 – 260,000).
